The ILUG is seeking nominations for the 1999/2000 term. The two offices to be elected are Vice-Chair/Chair Elect and Treasurer. The Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect assists the Chair as needed, aids in preparation of the Group's annual meeting at AALL , records and distributes minutes from the ILUG annual meeting, and assume the duties and responsibilities of the Chair for the 2000/2001 term. The Treasurer assumes all financial responsibilities for the Group, including paying bills, balancing accounts, and filing tax returns.

Nominees will be contacted by the Vice-Chair in Spring 1999. Ballots are distributed in the May ILUG mailing along. Election results will be announced at the annual meeting in Washington, D.C.
